2.1 Age Requirement. The crz852 Platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any wager. crz852 will verify your age during the KYC process. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.
2.2 Residency. By registering, you confirm that you are a resident of Indonesia and that accessing online betting services is not prohibited under any law directly applicable to you personally. crz852 does not make representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction beyond what is stated here, and it is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform complies with any laws applicable to you.
2.3 Capacity. You confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement — that you are not subject to any legal disability, guardianship order, or court-imposed restriction that would prevent you from entering into binding contracts.
2.4 Exclusion List. Individuals who have previously self-excluded from crz852 or been permanently banned by crz852 are not eligible to register a new account. Attempts to circumvent a self-exclusion or ban by registering a new account will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
2.5 Employee Restriction. Employees, contractors, and their immediate family members of crz852 and its affiliates, technology partners, and game providers are not permitted to hold active betting accounts on the Platform.
3.1 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one crz852 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared IP addresses — is a breach of this Agreement. crz852 reserves the right to merge duplicate accounts, close all but one, and void any transactions associated with duplicate accounts.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and current information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a serious breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. crz852 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA). You agree to notify crz852 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. crz852 is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.
3.4 KYC Verification. crz852 applies mandatory KYC verification. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any time: a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence; a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your registered address; and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within 14 days of a request will result in account suspension until documentation is received.
3.5 Account Currency. All crz852 accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in IDR only. crz852 does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not perform currency conversion.
4.1 Deposit Methods. crz852 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum and maximum deposit limits applicable to each method are displayed at the time of deposit. crz852 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits are credited to your crz852 account balance promptly upon confirmed receipt by our payment processor. crz852 does not accept cash deposits or deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
4.3 Withdrawal Eligibility. To request a withdrawal you must: (a) have completed KYC verification; (b) have a minimum balance meeting the stated withdrawal threshold; (c) have satisfied any applicable wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds; and (d) have made at least one qualifying deposit via the withdrawal method you intend to use.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. crz852 targets the following processing timelines, measured from the point of internal approval: local bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata) — within 1 to 3 business hours during operational hours; e-wallet transfers (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) — typically within 15 to 60 minutes. These are target timelines, not guarantees. Delays may occur during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.
4.5 Withdrawal to Source. crz852 applies an anti-money-laundering policy requiring that withdrawal funds be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, up to the amount deposited via that method. Surplus winnings beyond the deposited amount may be withdrawn to any verified payment method registered to your account.
4.6 Dormant Account Fees. An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. crz852 reserves the right to deduct a monthly administration fee of Rp 50.000 from the dormant account balance. Members may reactivate their account at any time by logging in.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotions offered by crz852 are subject to the specific terms published with each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms take precedence with respect to that promotion only.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms. Wagers placed on certain game types (e.g., low-margin casino table games, certain sports markets with odds below a stated minimum) may contribute at a reduced percentage toward meeting the Wagering Requirement, as specified per promotion.
5.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that are not withdrawn within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will expire automatically. Expired Bonus Funds will be removed from your account balance without compensation.
5.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's terms, only one bonus offer may be active on a Member's account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses by operating duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse and is a Prohibited Activity under Section 7.
5.5 crz852's Discretion. crz852 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. crz852 also reserves the right to withhold, reclaim, or refuse Bonus Funds where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has engaged in Prohibited Activity in connection with the promotion.
6.1 Placement of Wagers. Wagers are only valid once confirmed by the crz852 system and a bet reference number has been issued. In the event of a technical failure during wager placement, crz852's server records will be the authoritative source for determining whether a bet was successfully placed. Verbal confirmations, screenshots of incomplete bet slips, or unconfirmed on-screen messages do not constitute valid wager records.
6.2 Odds and Prices. All odds displayed on the crz852 Sportsbook are subject to change until a wager is confirmed. crz852 reserves the right to correct any odds or prices published due to manifest error. A "manifest error" means an obviously incorrect odds publication, including but not limited to decimal odds of 1.00 or below, or odds that are clearly inconsistent with prevailing market prices.
6.3 Void Bets. crz852 may void a wager where: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being determined; the event does not start within the stated time window; a manifest pricing error occurred; or there is evidence of match manipulation or irregular betting patterns associated with the event.
6.4 Live Betting. In-play (live) betting markets are offered on a best-efforts basis. crz852 reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time without notice, including where a significant event (goal, red card, injury, score change) has occurred and market prices have not yet been updated. Bets placed during a suspension window may be voided at crz852's discretion.
6.5 Casino and Slot Games. All casino and slot games on the crz852 Platform operate using certified random number generator (RNG) technology. Game results are determined at the point of play and cannot be influenced by any party. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is set by the respective game provider and is available in the game's information panel. crz852 does not guarantee any specific outcome, win rate, or payout level.
6.6 Maximum Payout. Single-event maximum payout limits apply across all crz852 Sportsbook markets and are displayed within the bet slip at the time of wager placement. crz852 reserves the right to apply reduced maximum payout limits to specific events, markets, or Members where unusual betting volume or patterns are identified.

Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, third-party network failures, or force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. crz852 is not liable for any losses arising from Platform unavailability.
11.2 Betting Outcomes. Gambling inherently involves financial risk. crz852 is not responsible for any losses you incur as a result of placing wagers on the Platform. You acknowledge that all betting decisions are made voluntarily and at your sole risk.
11.3 Cap on Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, crz852's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your crz852 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. crz852 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, howsoever caused.
11.5 Third-Party Content. Game content supplied by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe) is provided as-is under the respective studio's licensing agreements. crz852 is not responsible for errors, defects, or interruptions in third-party game content.
12.1 Termination by You. You may close your crz852 account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure, after deduction of applicable Bonus Funds not meeting withdrawal conditions, will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days.
12.2 Termination by crz852. crz852 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where: (a) a Member has breached any provision of this Agreement; (b) crz852 suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match manipulation; (c) a Member is found to be ineligible under Section 2; or (d) continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to crz852.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature survive termination — including Sections 7, 9, 11, and 13 — shall remain in force.
13.1 Jurisdiction. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law as applied by the licensing jurisdiction of crz852's operating entity. crz852 operates under an international gaming licence and is not subject to the direct regulatory jurisdiction of any Indonesian domestic gambling authority.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and crz852 arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Written complaints may be submitted to [email protected]. crz852 will acknowledge all written complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
13.3 Binding Arbitration. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of the initial written complaint shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally accepted arbitration rules. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
14.1 Right to Amend. crz852 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be notified to Members via email to the registered email address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
14.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the crz852 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.
14.3 Version History. The current version of this Agreement is always accessible at https://crz852.net/terms-conditions. The effective date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
